First things First:  Login to the system

Before you can do anything you need to be logged in to the system. So start up your web browser and type in https://tmass.com.au

For the website you will need a constant connection but the iPad version doesn’t.  But remember, to login to both systems you will need to have an active connection to the internet.

We know that sometimes you forget your password:

Sometimes you will forget your password, don’t worry it happens to everyone.  Just click on ‘Forgot your password’ and type in your email address.

See, when your account is created, the administrator would have entered in your email address.  If you enter an incorrect email address don’t worry the system will tell you.
