Create and add Vehicles to a Fleet


  • Select a company
  • Pick the site where you created your vehicle
  • Click the ‘Add’   button
  • From the drop down list box select 'Add Fleet'
    • Add Fleet
  • In the dialogue box type the fleet name and description
    • Add Fleet Dialogue
  • Press  to save and exit.
  • Confirm that your fleet has been created


Add a vehicle to your Fleet

Now that your fleet has been created you will need to add vehicles to it.  You will need to be in the Asset sub-module to complete this tutorial.

  • If not already, navigate to the 'Asset' sub-module
  • You should already be in the correct company context
  • Pick the site where you created your vehicle
  • Find your vehicle


 To find your vehicle quickly, either change the filter to only display ‘vehicles’ or type in the vehicle name in the search bar

  • From the vehicles edit  context menu select ‘Move to Fleet’
    • Move to Fleet context menu
  • Select your fleet from the dropdown
    • Move to Fleet dialogue


  • Press  to save and exit.
  • Navigate back to the Fleets sub-module and confirm that the vehicle has been added to your fleet.
