Adding Data


Adding data to objects is simple in TMaSS. All you need to do is hover your mouse over an object on the web version, or tap the object on the iPad to display the context menu.  Once you click or tap the addbutton, the menu will appear.


Since the menu system is contextually generated, different functions will appear on different objects.  For example: Figure 1 shows a vehicle object while Figure 2 shows a tyre asset.  You will see that there is a significant difference between the two, however, there are some similarities.

The following table outlines what ‘Add’ functions are available for each asset type



There will be times when you may not see all of the functions shown below.  This may be due to your role type, or current status of an asset.  
For example, if a vehicles doesn't have any assemblies fitted, you will not see the 'Add Pressure' or Add Tread Depth' functions
