Creating assets from specifications in the Company Library

Did you know that you can create assets or even multiple assets from company library specifications?  

There may be times that you just don't know the exact specification to assign to your new asset.  However, browsing the company library may help you identify exactly what you need. Firstly, make sure you are in the company library (this is were all your sites specifications are).  Hover over your required specification and then from the edit context menu, select "Create Asset" or "Create Multiple Assets"

This workflow provides a quick and easy way to create assets based off specifications.
