There may come a time where an asset has been created in error and needs to be deleted.  However, this function has some caveats around it. If an object has had an operation completed on it, it will not be able to be deleted, this is due to the relational nature of the data. 

If you try to delete an object that has had an operation completed on it, you will see the following error message.

If you are not able to delete an object, one way you can remove it from view and future reporting is to disable it
