The additions of the new asset classes of chains, adapter plates and TPMS sensors extends TMaSS’s coverage even more.  You can now track these assets by adding them to a rim or wheel assembly.

Refined Workflow

Consolidation of functions.

In version 1, completing tyre movements on a vehicle meant traversing three different functions, change assembly position, edit positions and strip and fit.  In version 2, we have refined the workflow by consolidating these functions into a single focused ‘Manage Positions’ function.

Manage Positions

Manage positions is a completely new vehicle position management system.  From this single interface, you can complete all your tyre movements significantly increasing productivity.  Quickly and easily add and remove the new asset classes to an assembly with the context sensitive spares list box.  Just click on an asset type, EG: Chain, and all available chain spares will be shown in the spares list.

Managing removed assets

After completing asset movements on the vehicle, the Assembly Movement dialogue lets you finalise the movements by setting dispositions, hours and tread depths. You can even scrap assets from here as well.
