The function “Change multiple dispositions” allows you to select and change the disposition of multiple assets from the same asset type.   You can select from the following assets types:


  • Tyre
  • Rim
  • Wheel
  • Vehicle
  • Chain
  • Adapter Plate
  • TPMS Sensor


NOTE: This supports all dispositions except “In Production” & “New”. Assets with these dispositions will not be displayed in the selection list. Also NOTE that assets CANNOT have their dispositions changed to “In Production” or “New”, or their dispositions changed from “In Production”.


Essentially, all assets that are not "In Production" or "New" will be shown in the list and be able to be selected.


To access this function, from the Assets module, select the edit icon and select "Change multiple dispositions from the dropdown list.



From the 'Change Multiple Dispositions' dialogue, select the required date and time (defaults to current date), select the disposition you require, then search and or select the required assets and press save.
