Filters - Inspections

Types of inspections 

These are the types of inspections that the filters are run against.

Tyre - Managed (Web / Mobile)

Tyre - Unmanaged (Web / Mobile)

Vehicle - Managed (web)

Vehicle - Unmanaged (web / mobile)

Filter list:

Filter List:

• Show all

  • Shows all inspections regardless of type. Selecting this filter will clear all filter selections.

• Tyre

  • Shows all tyre inspections regardless of type.

• Vehicle 

  • Shows all vehicle inspections regardless of type.

• Current month

  • Shows all inspections for the current calendar month.

• Managed

  • Only shows managed inspections

• Unmanaged

  • Only shows unmanaged inspections

The following graphic shows the inspection type and what filters can be associated with it. Meaning, if you select Tyre, both managed, unmanaged tyres & current month will be enabled 

The Show all filter is always enabled and clicking it will remove any other filters. Effectively resetting the filters.

The three fields in RED denote selections that work in tandem with a Tyres & Vehicles.

Use Cases

Use Case 1:

Use case: I want to see all unmanaged tyres inspections

Filters set: Tyres, Unmanaged

Use Case 2:

Use case: I want to see all unmanaged tyres inspections for the current month.

Filters set: Tyres, Unmanaged, Current Month

Use Case 3:

Use case: I want to see all tyre inspections for the current month.

Filters set: Tyres, current month

Use Case 4:

Use case: I want clear my filters

Filters set: Show all

Use Case 5:

Use case: I want to see all unmanaged vehicle inspections

Filters set: Vehicles, Unmanaged

Use Case 6:

Use case: I want to see all managed vehicle inspections

Filters set: Vehicles, Managed

Use Case 7:

Use case: I want to see all inspections for the current month

Filters set: Current Month

Use Case 8:

Use case: I want to see all inspections unmanaged tyre inspections for the current month

Filters set: Tyre, Unmanaged, Current Month

Filter Sorting

Sorting is done by date in descending order. Meaning the newest date will be shown at the top of the page.
